Brief Description:  Rib prep part #4

I've been on vacation since July 8 and going back to work on the 25th, so I'm busy busy busy with the family. I did get back into the garage after a long day at Canada's Wonderland and finished deburring the left wing ribs.

I also decided to drill out the holes for the conduit. I made a simple cardboard template, drilled to a #30, and marked every rib. After marking and drilling the pilot hole, I used my step drill and opened the hole up to 3/4 inches.

After completing the conduit holes, I also opened up the tooling holes to 7/16 to accept the grommets to run my wiring for landing and wingtip lights. I just used a black sharpie, made a line on the 1/2 step on the bit and made sure Ididn't go past it.

Both right and left wing ribs were drilled out tonight. Onto deburring those holes and onto the right wing ribs for deburring.
